At Zaiva Perfumes, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, authentic fragrances. Every product is carefully checked and packaged before shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The item was lost or leaked during transit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Products without original packaging or labels.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective).

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for a return pickup (if applicable).

  4. Once the product is received and verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Refund for Approved Returns

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — Zaiva Perfumes will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons (not due to damage or error), shipping charges will not be refunded.
