At Zaiva Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked and packaged before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation request.

2. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of perfume products (personal and hygienic items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
However, refunds or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product was lost during transit or delivered in poor condition.
In such cases:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.
Once approved, we will process a replacement or full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable for:
Opened or used perfume bottles.
Orders cancelled after shipment.
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
